How Radius uses AI in hiring, what happens to candidate data, and what we deliberately don't claim.
These are the standards Radius is built to, not certificates we hold. When we hold one, we name it here with the body that issued it.
Hiring someone is one of the biggest decisions a company makes, and for the person applying it can change a year of their life. That's why we build Radius around one rule: the software supports the decision, and a person makes it.
The EU AI Act lists AI used to recruit and select people as high-risk. Radius is built around what that asks for: human oversight, clear information for candidates and a record of every interview.
The dates these rules apply from are being changed at EU level. We'll update this page when they're final.
Radius doesn't try to read emotions. The AI Act prohibits emotion recognition at work, and we don't build it.
A recruiter reads every interview and makes the call, and can overrule anything Radius suggests.
Candidates are told the interview is run by AI, what is recorded and what happens to it.
Every interview keeps a recording, a transcript and a summary, so any outcome can be reviewed later.
Identity checks run through an identity partner that is ISO 27001 certified and processes data in the EU. E-signing runs through an e-signing partner.
We list Radius's own certifications here once they're issued, with the name of the certifying body.
They are the standards we build to, not certificates we hold. Radius is developed in alignment with the GDPR and the EU AI Act, built to an ISO 27001 standard, hosted in the EU and under a data processing agreement.
You won't find “GDPR compliant” or “AI Act compliant” here. No authority certifies those labels, so we show you exactly what we do and put it in the contract instead.
