How finding work with Radius works.
No. You sign up with your phone number and have one short conversation of about 10 minutes, in your own language. Radius turns that conversation into a profile employers can read, so you don’t write a CV or a cover letter.
Dutch, English, Polish, Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian or French. You pick your language when you sign up, and you have the conversation and read your offer in that language.
A person. Radius doesn’t hire you or turn you down on its own: a recruiter reads your conversation and decides. In the app you see every step, from interested to offer, and if the answer is no, you hear it.
Your ID is checked once, at the source, and not stored as a photo. Employers see your Radius Passport, not your ID document. Your details are stored in the EU and you can delete your account whenever you want.
Frontline work in the Netherlands: order picking, warehouse and forklift work, delivery driving, kitchen and hospitality work, cleaning and security. Every job shows the pay per hour, the shifts, the travel time and when you can start, before you say yes.
